Working together

I have worked with people with diverse health issues and I now specialise in helping those who perhaps have one or more overlapping issues or disease diagnoses.  They may have been ill for some time, or have recently been floored by something unexpected that they are finding it hard to deal with.  I especially help people suffering with fatigue, and I am particularly interested in fluoroquinolone toxicity, and whether nutrition can support sufferers towards better health.

I came to this work after originally training as an Economist.  I bring the analytical skills this taught me to dive deep into the science to try to find the answers each of my clients seek to help them navigate a path to better health.

I work with you every step of the way.  I don't judge you and I don't make you eat food you don't like.  I don't trot out the same old generic advice about food that you have heard before, I work with you and your symptoms and health history in mind, as well as your food preferences.  This is your health and the choice is up to you.  We will find solutions together that work for you and that you can actually enjoy.

I am very happy for people to include partners or carers in our sessions.  It can be very useful for them to have first hand knowledge of what you will be doing, and it gives them an opportunity to feel part of things and to ask me questions directly, rather than you having to be the go-between.  After all, their support will be key in your journey.
